The world event that has had the biggest impact on my life was September 11th, 2001. I remember this day. I was in 7th grade. I was dropped off at Middle School early before anyone else arrived. As people were arriving they were talking about airplanes hitting buildings. I didn't know what was going on. I then lined up for French class. Going into French class we didn't have anything planned and we just watched taping or TV of the airplanes hitting the towers. It was devastating! When I got home that afternoon all that was on television was the news reporting on all the events. This event will forever be etched in my memory.
